Those silly leprechauns!

When I arrived to our classroom Wednesday, I discovered a mess!
We had leprechauns visit our room last night.  They made a mess but left us treats!
Thanks, (I think! Haha)  What a mess!  But the treats were great!

St. Paddy's Day Dancers

We had dancers visit our school on Tuesday, St. Paddy's Day.
Abby and Ava from our class are members of the dancing group.
They did such a great job!

"One page book" turned into a 6 page Respect book with a cover page.

It must have:

Title page

By (your name) on the title page

6 pages each with a full sentence and picture showing how to display Respect.
Color each picture.

Optional back page.

February sticker reward

If you have 33 or more stickers you can write with a pen on Thursday (only in my class and NOT on ISTEP).  You can bring your own pen from home or I will let you pick one of mine!

If you have 60 or more stickers you can also pick a coupon in addition to writing with a pen!

No homework all week.  Although reading every night outloud to someone, can't hurt.

"Everybody Counts" week

2-16-15 thru 2-20-5
We had a great week. 
We saw a puppet show, tried many different activities in the church basement, meet with Dr. Sugarman and her son and saw a basketball game.  It was very "eye opening".  It is sometimes hard to understand what other people have to experience until we get a taste of it ourselves.  Thank you to all of our visitors and volunteers.  It was very kind of you to help us this week.  What a great learning experience!
